The Mountaineer Battalion returned to classes after Fall Break and the University closing due to Hurricane Helene. That weekend they were in the field for the Fall Training Exercise (FTX). Friday consisted of military skills station rotations and day and night land navigation. Tactical lanes and patrol base activities were the focus of Saturday. Field Craft was stressed throughout the weekend.
