This past weekend, Pershing Rifles Company M-4 of Appalachian State University completed its annual Pershing Rifles Official Crossover Night, or PROCON. This event marks the culmination of an eleven week process to become a fully-fledged member of the club. The challenging process involves learning drill & ceremonies, professional development, and teamwork. At the conclusion of PROCON, the overarching goal of the club, which is comradery, is cemented among the class. Once that comradery is established, the new class joins the ranks of the company.
