On March 24, 2017, Appalachian State ROTC held their annual Dining Out at Meadow Brook Inn in Blowing Rock to recognize the seniors and their accomplishments. 18 seniors were pinned with their branches by their loved ones and will commission upon completion of their degrees this year. The Cadre, seniors and their families, as well as, contracted underclassmen and their dates, attended. The night consisted of socialization, a formal dinner, a speech from Colonel (P) Mohan, and the branch pinning ceremony. The night was a special time to celebrate the senior's accomplishments and the next chapter in their lives as they graduate and commission in May. Article by Cadet Bienhoff.
